Building Stronger Communities, One Tabletop at a Time

Here's what we do:

  • We partner with a recommended restaurant whose owner or management team is deeply committed to the community and ready to serve as a central hub for community-focused projects and business to business networking.
  • We create a table group of locally owned small businesses who support each other's success and work together to make a meaningful impact in their community.

1. Selecting a Restaurant

Survey & Research

During the Survey process, 50 local businesses are contacted to find out which restaurants are the most well known, popular, and consistently busy in the area. This research is conducted by the ABC Advertising corporate team. Research begins at the local level with the Project Leaders learning more about the Top 10 Most Recommended Restaurants by reading reviews, evaluating locations, and hours of operation. Next, we congratulate each of the Top 10 Most Recommended restaurants and schedule onsite interviews to get to know the owners, management and staff.

Restaurant Selection

When we select the winning restaurant we will announce the winner on our Social Media pages, our Oregon Biz Buzz blog and location page.

2. Building Table Groups

Registering Small Businesses

Locally owned small businesses can join a table group by applying for a spot in a sponsoring restaurant. The registration process includes an overview of available tabletop ad sizes, pricing options, opportunities for discounts, and a complimentary design consultation utilizing dynamic QR codes. Additionally, print-ready graphic design is provided at no additional cost and is available to be used on your website and social media. Ads are in place for 3 years which includes Table Group Small Business Networking.

3. Business Networking Event

Installation Party

Once all ad proofs are approved, the custom tabletops will be promptly manufactured and delivered to the restaurant. The party will be scheduled shortly after the tables have been installed. Every advertiser is encouraged to attend and enjoy complimentary food and beverages courtesy of ABC Advertising Agency, Inc. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to begin networking with the local businesses who share the tables and make up this location's table group. The leadership team will be sure to take lots of photos for everyone to share on social media.

4. Community-focused Project Begins

Picking a Project

With the help and guidance of the Project Leader, local business owners who make up the table group will work together to select a collaborative community project. This project can be something like organizing a food drive, collecting books for underserved youth, cleaning up a park, mentoring young adults entering the workforce, hosting a pet adoption, or any other initiative benefiting the community. The project details will be documented by the leadership team and publicized on Oregon Biz Buzz blog, the group's webpage, and social media. 3. Business Networking Event

Installation Party

As soon as all of the ad proofs have been approved, the custom tabletops will be manufactured and delivered to the Sponsoring Restaurant. Installation will be provided by the Project Manager. The Installation Party will be set a day or two after the tables have been installed. Each Advertiser is invited (plus 1 guest) to the party. Food and beverage will be compliments of ABC Advertising Agency, Inc. This is a great networking event to get to know other local businesses and take pics to share on social media.
