How much does a Tabletop-Ad cost?
The cost is determined by the choice of ad size, choice of paying in full to get a discount, or setting up a payment plan. There are also multi ad discounts (on the same table and at different restaurants).
What sizes are the ads?
Because each restaurant has different sized tables, each table group project will be unique to that restaurant.
Popular Ad Sizes include:
6x6 Square
6x4 Rectangle
4x4 Square or 4' Round
4x2 Business Card
The table layout and number of advertisers accepted will be determined based on the smallest table size in the set.
The table layout will be determined before we allow ad registrations.

Advertisers will receive a free content consultation to make sure their message is clear, graphics are appealing and the content will still be true in 3 years. Graphic design is also included at no charge as well as the creation of a dynamic QR code.
Participation in Table Group Small Business Networking is completely optional. Membership is included at no charge and only available to buinsses that have purchased a Tabletop-Ad.
How can I get a discount?
There are 3 ways to earn a discounted rate:
- Pay in full in *one payment
- Purchase **Multiple Ads
*we do offer a 4 month payment plan, without a discount
** multiple ads can be for:
1. the same company in 2 places on the same table (promoting different services or products)
2. two different companies with the same owner, on the same table
3. the same ad in different restaurants - the first location must be paid in full (with the discount) and a deposit must be paid for the additional location(s) - deposit amount is set by the ad size)
How can I change my contact info on the tables?
Typically, once an ad is printed (anywhere like magazines, billboards or direct mail) your info cannot be changed.
However, with the use of our Dynamic QR Codes, your contact information is easily updated just by contacting us.
We recommend keeping your printed ad content simple and only print things that will stay the same for up to 3 years.
Anything that might change, like an address, brand affiliation, or phone number should be on a digital page like a website or a social media page that you can update.
Upon request, we can also redirect your printed QR Code to a new URL.
Our Exterior tables are guaranteed for 2 years and Interior tabletops are guaranteed for 3 years.
Can I renew my ad on the next set of tabletops?
Yes, before the 3 year mark we will contact active advertisers to ask if they would like to renew their ad on the next set of tabletops. They can change their ad grpahic at that time. If another size is available, they can renew at a different rate with a different ad size.
Why should I join a waitlist?
It is recommended that you join our waitlist if the project in your town is not yet active.

What is a Table Group?
Small Businesses that advertise on tables in the same restaurant are called a Table Group.
This group of local business owners naturally form a comradery and are shown easy ways to support each other online and offline - FREE - as part of their ad purchase.
Similar to a BNI group, or a variety of other networking groups, members in Table Groups foster mutually beneficial business relationships.
How do Table Groups network?
Rather than forcing monthly networking meetings where everyone sits around a table at the same time and place every month, we offer each Table Group the opportunity to participate in a community project.
Members will agree to either "adopt" a local non-profit organization and complete a community project for them, or create their own project not related to a particular non-profit but benefits the community as a whole. This could be a one time project or something that is on-going.
This collaborative activity gives each member a way to participate that fits their needs - based on their:
- schedule availability
- skill set
- networking goal
Example:
a Carpenter may have a networking goal to increase their circle of referral partners and build brand awareness, but may not have time to attend a meeting. They could select a task related to the project, like building something, that could be completed at their convenience. This way they have the opportunity to participate without sacrificing time away from clients and have an opportunity to showcase their unique skills.
What is a Community Project?
A Community Project is the collaborative activity the Table Group decides to do as a team that will make an impact in the community.
The key to a successful community project is the involvement of everyone who wants to be involved. The group's Project Team will facilitate the selection of a local non-profit that fits with the individual memer's values. Or, help pick a simple project that is not related to a particular non-profit organization.
Community Projects should offer a variety of tasks that can be fulfilled by different members, so that everyone has the opportunity to make an impact.
Do I have to participate in the Community Project?
No - Each member can choose to participate in the project, or not, it is not a requirement.
However, participation leads to more recognition on social media and stronger connections with other members.
How do people hear about community projects?
We created the blog site OregonBizBuzz to share the news about each Table Group's Community Project as well as heartfelt stories about our members.
This is called Cause Marketing. It's a type of marketing that involves the cooperative efforts of a for-profit business and a non-profit organization for mutual benefit. It is a strategy that links a company and its products or services to a social cause or issue, with the goal of building positive brand associations and benefiting both the business and the cause.
Big brands use Cause Marketing all the time, but Small Businesses rarely do because they often feel like they are bragging.
That's where we come in! We share stories for our members. Each project will have a page on our website that is easily shared. We also post on our facebook page and tag our members, which increases views.
